We stayed in room 249 which was very far from elevator 4
Wondering if someone whom is having issues with walking or in a wheelchair would have any options when looking to stay here
I only found 1 way from our room to the pool and it meant walking a long time to get an elevator to pool level

The no cash for incidental policy - credit card only Needs reviewed. I got to the hotel after a 3 hour drive to london - to see my brother in the ICU at victoria hospital only to find out that my credit card was locked and cancelled due to a compromised transaction. They basically told me there was nothing they could do and that i should cancel my reservation. I went back to my car to see if I could figure out another way around this as i was so far from home. When i went back to cancel my room - she said there was a one time only - that they would take cash but it would be even higher than the normal $200 incidental - and i would never be able to do this again at this hotel.
In the end I got my room but is was added unneeded stress.

Kind of a bummer the water slide wasn’t open… rooms were not very clean. Elevator was broken. The atmosphere of the palm trees and the pool make up for some of that tho. Staff was nice. Will be back because of the pool!

I really loved this place! The staff were amazing and gave me an early check in. The room service was very affordable and the restaurant had good options and was good. Although I did not use the pool it was such a cool space. Definitely would stay there again.
