Place was very comfy and quiet. The lobby was beautiful. Loved having the refrigerator to put my things in to keep cold. Only things that could have made it perfect would be mini refrigerator in the room and a business center with computer an printer would have been such a big help.

It was a great place to stay. We would really love to bring the whole family back. A greatvplace for a family reunion!!

Booked first time in error and told we could not get a refund within 10 minutes of booking even in booking 3 weeks in advance.
The second booking we did, Hotels.com did not give us checking in time, we called the hotel many times, no one answers, left message on voice mail, still no one replied.
Got email with access code at 3:20 pm.

I do believe it may have been hotels.com you corresponded with and not with Lamp Post staff directly as I was unaware of your attempt to change your date at that time. I do apologize for the confusion surrounding your booking and check-in time (4PM) --we try and make that information readily available on our website and in multiple messages which are sent out prior to check-in. I will see that it is remedied on our third-party sites immediately. Cheers,
