The AVIA representative made sure we were all set with our late arrival check in. She was understanding, pleasant, and thorough. The property was well-kept and the amenities were great.

I liked everything about my stay it was a great place I would definitely recommend it and if I ever come back I’ll stay here

I’ve been to this property before when it was Sonesta and felt like the service was better. Seems to be a very skeleton like staff there and they weren’t available after 6 PM when we stayed there.

There were dirty stains on the couch, no blankets for the bed and no towel replacements from housekeeping for 3 nights. Bad experience overall will not go back again!

For the price it was reasonable. But the couch had stains on it. Everything else was pretty clean. They also ran out of the coffee pods not good for this type of facility. Family could not sleep due to noise.
