It smell like smoke in the room and the windows barely open

The room had so many roaches in there I was very upset I would never stay there again. They need to do better no one wants roaches all over their clothes and bed when they sleep.

Very disappointed. Property inspection de was dirty. Room had large stain on carpet, flooring was sticky and tile was unclean. The smell of weed was pervasive in the room as we lay in bed. Booked a 10 night stay and left after one night. Although we only stayed one night I was charged. a 3 night stay.

Unfortunately our room was not cleaned from previous. Room was in shambles. Whole facility i.e. elevators were dirty. Front desk was nice but Will not book there again.

***DO NOT STAY.***Cought 2 cockroach. I do not recommend for family with kids. I felt unsafe With my wife and 2 kids. Thank God styaed only one night. I caught 2 cockroach. We were 4, only 3 pillow. I askes the front desk, no pillows and only one extra blanket was given. AC was making loud noice, sink was clogged and toilet was flushing very slow. Strong smoking smell. I saw people smoking weed by the entrance. I believe secion 8 people are living in many of the rooms. Do not expect hot breakfast, only coffee and store muffins with granola bars. Dogs barking, people screaming in rooms. Another mother was in nearby extended stay with a daughter, she asked for refund when she saw the conditions but was denied. It felt really unsafe. Never again staying. Only good thing is the asian girl working on front desk, she tried to help us alot but there were things beyond her pay scale. Reqlly bad business.

Property is in need of repairs, toilet was leaking on the floor, part of the sides of the sink were hanging off, all metal pieces (drains, etc) were rusty, doors entering in the building aren't updated and are somewhat difficult for wheelchair access. There were roaches in the room and hallway. Room had not been cleaned well before we came in. Handicapped ramp is not accessible for my wheelchair as there is a pretty big gap between the parking lot and the sidewalk/ramp area which my wheelchair wheels kept getting stuck in requiring my boyfriend to physically lift the chair out of. We were told we would be in a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower with a bench but they ended up putting us in a different room with a tub so I was unable to have the shower I so desperately looked forward to. In the morning the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate into the pouring rain out front. The front desk staff was super helpful, friendly, and refu ded our stay and assured us the room would be closed and the roaches would get treated but I have never had such a disappointing experience at a hotel before.

Most economical. Room was clean except the couch (sticky spot) and excellent for me. Managers were very responsive. Hallway smelled bad and not just old cigarette smoke either.
