Everything is good but little noisy since location is close to high way.

I cant believe how bad this property was. Outside was practically crumbling, in our room.... If we weren't exhausted, we would have left. Air conditioning set to 60F was blowing hot smelly air, we could CLEARLY hear the rooms to the sides and above us, everything but the remote, alarm clock, and linens were stained or aticky, INCLUDING 6 STICKY SPOTS ON THE CARPET. TV had streaming channels but they didnt work because the internet was so bad, and we were awoken by someone screaming about "effing up those da** crackwh****" right outside our balcony.
The only things that were clean and not broken were the bedding and towels. Never again in aillion years would I stay there

Stayed here to compete in the local Ironman. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Was quiet in the evening and I slept great. I’m a light sleeper and was able to get to sleep before 9 for 3 nights. Room still had a pet smell to it and shower sprayed everywhere but I was content.

I was not really satisfied with the property. It is very dated with decor. The staff is not very friendly at all. You can enter or exit the building without anyone speaking. One day my husband and I were about two three steps behind one of the house cleaners getting on the elevator and we heard her tell another staff member to hurry up and close the door so we couldn’t get on! Simply rude and this will be my last time staying there when traveling to Springdale, MA. I believe the property also is a permanent living quarters for some. I do not recommend staying here if you can afford to stay elsewhere.
