They had no soap in the bathrooms. They did find a few stragglers of bar soap, but the hotel had run out. The floors were sticky everywhere in the hotel.

The sheets were stained very nasty. I pulled the pillowcase off one of the pillows, and there was blood on the pillow dried. I came back in at nighttime and there’s a cockroach on the door lock on the inside. The Oriental woman working the desk, kind of scowled at me when I asked for new towels for my second night. I’ve used this hotel for years I will not be returning and I deserve a refund. If I wasn’t traveling with my elderly mother from my daughters graduation, I would’ve checked out that first night.

The staff and employees were very nice but state of the hotel was awful- Choice hotels really needs to monitor its properties - I knew when I selected Quality Inn that it is at lower end of Choice offerings but furniture , bathroom fixtures were in horrible shape - will be sending photos to Choice hotel mgmt .

not bad pricing but horrible elevator for luggage escort, not great pillows. noisy rooms you can easily hear rooms around you and latch door lock was damaged

Inside the hotel is fairly standard, well kept and clean. The breakfast was standard with all the usual options of cereal, toast, bagels, ect., and the staff I talked to were friendly and helped me with finding things in and around town.
Outside, however, it's very unimpressive and overall looks like a place you wouldn't want to leave your car overnight. An opinion supported by the big "properly not responsible for vehicles" in the lot. Which I can understand given how set back from any possible viewing from somewhere other than a room on the side it's on.
The VERY small balcony I had looked over an on/off ramp for the interstate and the noise made it hard to sleep. I didn't bother going out on it after looking out the door too it.
The room itself was nice other than the noise. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room so I didn't feel claustrophobic. The bathroom is smallish but functional although, the shower took a bit to get warm where I was on the 4th floor.
Overall, if you can ignore the outside it's an an okay place to stop if you need a place to rest on a long trip but I wouldn't spend more than one night if your going to be staying in the area long
