I loved the neighborhood it was tucked in. Very convenient to the Palm Beach Convention Center (4-5 min walk). Charming, historic neighborhood.

It was certainly fine and clean. The bathroom was small and could've used some maintenance (the shower tension rod kept falling down, the sink needed plunging, and there was nowhere to put toiletries).

I would recommend the area to anyone who is going to West Palm Beach. A very clean, quiet ,and nice location.
My only comment would be there was no curtain in the bathroom.Aside from that I really enjoyed my stay!

The property was not very clean and had mold in the air conditioner. The staff was nice but not a place to stay until some upgrades are made.

Disappointed. Bait & Switch

My boyfriend and I rented this property for a weekend because we were in the area for a concert. The place is comfy, although getting to the room is very inconvenient. To unload, you have to drive your car into a narrow alley, because the way into this property is through an alley, and the alley is basically full of trash from neighboring houses. I didn’t realize when driving until I heard a scratching noise but my car got all scratched up due to a piece of what seemed to be the wires to hold up plants that was laying by the side of a house. Getting to the property felt very inconvenient, be aware of the alley. But once inside, it’s at least better. I do recommend the managers put up a curtain in front of the front door or something (since it’s clear glass) for privacy because if not any of the other tenants staying around can just look into the property and see everything, I just also didn’t feel very comfortable with the possibility of someone being able to look in. For first impression, property was not very clean, the floor felt dusty and on the last day I found a tray under the stove with mold. The beds are very comfortable though! The beds felt very clean. The rooms are cute, the bathroom was nice as well. My boyfriend and I had snacks so we did use the fridge and oven and everything was working well. The TV was also pretty nice quality. Overall, I give this property 3 stars because of that alley and because I felt the cleanliness could have been better.

It is a cute spot and very private. It is in a good location. The bed is really comfortable and it is pretty well stocked. It has an odour, like mildew or mold.

This apartment is an old and outdated apartment. Went to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. Rustic would be a kind description.
