Property is under renovation unable use pool, air hammers from contractors inside chiseling up floor had yell check out time due excessive noise, dusty very noisy environment, drywall and paint work, had ask hostess several times at breakfast to even get cup coffee

Under renovation, but even that is no excuse for the conditions. They would've been better off closing the entire hotel until renovations were completed. Wouldn't have caused such damage to their reputation. The air conditioning unit in the room next to mine rattled very loudly inside my wall all night. Key card stopped working after 1st day of 2-night stay. Breakfast buffet was substandard. Elevators slow and needed repair. I couldn't tell if my room had been renovated or not. If it had, the work and craftsmanship with shoddy. Bad tiling/caulking everywhere. Nothing very close by within walking distance (like restaurants, c-stores, etc) Kind of in a dead zone. HOWEVER, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Where do I begin, I arrived on 5/18/24 to stay until 5/20/24. I arrived a little earlier, so they gave me the room that was available, not the one that I Actually paid for. It was on the 11th floor, Once I get there I tried to call from the room to let them know I did not have the right room. Well, the phone did not work, so I have to go back to the lobby with my bag to check, they said that was the only room available, so OK I sucked it up. Then the room AC wasn’t working right, the lights in the bathroom were flickering all night. Oh,and they did not have Restaurant, or room service, which they advertised as having because they are remodeling, (Which apparently has been going on for over a year now), so then I ask where I can get food, they directed me to a WAWA. Needless to say I had to Uber/Lyft to get some real food. The next day I was going to Iron my clothes and the Iron didn’t work, so I went back down to the lobby to inform them, they said they will send a new one with housekeeping, who I ran into on the elevator and took the Iron, Well, guess what? that Iron did not work. I went to the hallway a found a housekeeper and asked to provided me a 3rd Iron, thank god that one worked. Next, no Ice machines for drinks, no Microwave in the room to heat up the food I brought outside, very frustrating. On my last night I came back to the hotel, took the elevator to the 11th to find my key had been deactivated and had to go to the lobby, the staff was rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It will be good to provide airport shuttle earlier than 7am. Other hotels in area provide shuttle early in the morning

Never staying here again. My first room the A/C was broken, was able to change the room but the second room also had the A/C broken. Room stayed at a temp of 80 degrees the entire night. Slept horrible
