The fact thar my safety and well being was compromised when someone broke into my hotel room and I am still fighting with customer relations regarding compensation

The staff was wonderful, helping in anyway that they could, and the breakfast servings were more than adequate and very diverse. We love the fact that the hotel was very clean and orderly, as well as the fact that there weren’t any dogs or cats being boarded at the hotel.

Location was perfect for Nationals/Astros Spring Training. Walked there...about a mile. Easy walk. Nice venue too.
No place close though to sit down and eat...it's more industrial.
Right off 95 to get to anywhere
Place has free breakfast...coffee all day...and different fruit infused water.
Only problem was my TV kept going in and out of satellite service for the last 24 hours and was unwatchable. It was seriously frustrating...every 5 seconds it was freezing for 3 seconds. There wasn't a storm or anything that should've caused that!

Air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep unless it was turned off. Mini-fridge leaked water all over. Toilet seat was a safety hazard and was barely connected. Minimal water pressure and minimal hot water.....all of this could have been over looked if they were able to provide a room key, instead had to be escorted to my room everytime i wanted to come or go
