As I arrived there was no one at the front desk. The housekeeping lady said he had went to lunch. We had to drive around for about 15 minutes. Are room was available. The shower and toilet were outdated. There was a ring around the toilet and the shower had stains that could not be removed. This hotel needs updating.

The unit was not ready and i had to cancel and go to a different hotel. There othere people in the waiting area complaining about bed bugs thay they had bedbugs

The pool was out of order. No creamer for coffee in room or in the office dining area.
