Waited in line at the front desk 30 minutes to just check in. Satellite television didn't work. Had to use my phone hotspot for internet. The internet was very weak. Could barely connect to the internet. I called in a half hour before check in to see if I could get an early check in, they wanted $25, I declined. Will find another hotel the next time Im in town.

The facility was nice enough and clean, and they have a nice breakfast. Overall the staff was friendly. When we checked in the clerk told us that the card we had used with Expedia did not go through so we had to give them a different card. It was late, I was tired, and I gave them the same card and it was fine.. they ended up double charging us and now we’re having issues getting refunded

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable

The staff, Sarah, was very nice and hospitable. Unfortunately, the room phone did not work and the tv did not work. The excuse for the tv was the weather but the weather wasn’t moving in for several hours.

Easy access. Could use a few more handicap parking spots. Looks safe and so far has been quiet.
