The hotel rooms are comfortable and reasonably spacious and the staff are attentive to guest requests. My wife and I would definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to London. "

"Excellent location and close to parks, attractions and public transportation. The room condition was fair with sufficient space for a family of four. However, I would not classify as a Hotel since there is No front desk or staff on sight. It is more of a short term room rental. We arrived to the location without any way to enter. I unfortunately missed a communication from the property asking that I notify them 24 hours before my arrival. The property phone number on the message was...
