"Great views of the airport "

"Very convenient for terminal 5 access, especially when you have an early flight. Our room was clearly renovated, although the bathroom was somewhat dated. It was more than adequate for one night. Be warned, there are no bedside sockets- although there were some by the TV. The bar is expensive but it has a captive audience and the plane watching opportunities are great. Staff were friendly. "

"We stayed here for one night on our way through London Heathrow. It is conveniently close to the airport with several options for transfer (Uber, bus, airport shuttle bus, taxi) We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was large and comfortable and served drinks and a decent menu. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant had a wide variety of excellent choices. Our room was comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. The bathroom was clean and had nice, quality fixtures and finishes. The HVAC system for the room was the most quiet of any hotel we could remember and had an easy to use thermostat. The bed was comfortable and on the soft side which we liked. We highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again if passing through London. "

"The hotel is close to the airport .. the price was reasonable .. it’s clean .. the staff was pleasant .. I liked my room The bus service to and from the hotel is not run by the hotel and can be cumbersome and it’s the same bad service for all the Heathrow hotels .. if you don’t mind spending a little more money for a cab or Uber you will be happy you did"
