My bed had part of the metal support sticking out and I banged and cut my ankle on it.

Electrical outlets were loose and we were unable to charge our devises!!

Room was clean. It had a microwave and fridge. TV had many channels to choose from.

No lights or cable asked to be accommodated with another room and I was told by front desk that they couldn’t help .

The property definitely shows its age in regards to the rooms, the rooms are very clean, the carpet was very 90s. A remodel would make a big difference. Me and my girlfriend, both thought the hallway was very dark, the vending machines and ice machines were located inside the stairwell, was reminding me of a parking garage. The lobby was very nice, staff was excellent.

Our stay was great. Beautiful view from 7th floor. Good breakfast. Easy access to freeway. Room was beautiful

Old, dirty , unfriendly staff. Elevator constantly getting stuck. Smelled like rotten garbage in Hallways. And they had the nerve to charge a $200 deposit. Crazy. Steer Clear.
