There were terrible noises coming from the hvac in our room, they didn’t care teenagers were running on a cement ledge and jumping off the hot tub into the pool. They also charged (instead of pre surged) an incidental fee on top of the deposit and so I was out the conversion fee for Canadian/USD even tho we didn’t owe them anything. The guy was really quite rude on the phone as well. Would not stay there again, how disappointing

Really liked the layout of room. TV wasn’t working and had to call front desk for assistance. Staff that attended was very nice however, it required a couple calls and long wait for front desk to pick up. Breakfast was nice, however they did run out of many items due to the number of guests- hotel should have been mindful of same knowing how full they were. We booked the hotel for the courtyard/fire table and whirlpool, however, there was a large young sports team and parents that, understandably, took up all the space. I would be calling hotel directly to inquire about group bookings in future as we were hoping for relaxing weekend getaway.

The room is basically a studio apartment, very modern and well designed. It's a good value and a pleasant place to stay.

Could hear people upstairs like they were in our suite! The temperature wouldn’t regulate, it was crazy hot. Called 5 times, on hold for 20 min. It was as if no one was home!
6.5 hotel, no way on earth is this a 9.6!!

Knew pulling up to the building I would have no issues. Everything was clean, high standards. Definitely staying here again.

This is what other hotels should be trying to be. Amazing! Our only annoyance was the hot tub being out of order, which seems to be our luck.
