booked this motel for the spa bath upon arrival the lady at reception was lovely and friendly. got to our room and went to have a spa bath there was terrible mould around it the jets in the bath didnt work, tap had a big leak, light above bed was broken. on check out i raised these concerns with the guy on reception he didnt seem to care "its hard times" well its hard times for paying customers as well..

Great location but norton rd is quite busy and we found the traffic noise quite loud in the room.
Rooms need updating. Shower had mould.

The staff were exceptionally good. We really felt at home, and knew that whatever we needed would be sorted.
We loved the spa bath, and the ability to have breakfast and dinner in our rooms.
Some of the window clasps need fixing, and some ventilation in the bathrooms would be helpful. Otherwise it was warm and cosy!!

Noisy unit but otherwise OK. Staff very friendly. Only a Queen size bed would have preferred King size.

We found the bed too soft and got sore backs as a result.

Was convenient for getting in an out of town. Was quiet and tidy. Very helpful lady on reception gave a good recommendation for cafe within 5 minutes walk from the motel.
However wasn't impressed with the black mould around the silicone sealants and grout in the shower over the bath. Also no safety hand grip rails for older people to climb into the bath in order to shower.
