Beautiful new pool. Staff were all wonderful! Susan was such a fun spirit and so very nice to share her company! Rooms and bathroom were a touch small, not many places to store luggage and the bathroom fan was hooked up to the light switch so it sounded like a jet engine taking off in the middle of the night. The shower was cool. Property was well taken care of. Bar staff and food were all great. No information cards in the room which would have been helpful to know about restaurant hours, amenities, times, local shops and restaurants etc.

The entire staff was amazing, very friendly and so accommodating! Food at resort was very good , had to pay to drive to other dinner locations. Housing was beautiful , staff went out of their way to surprise us with a wonderful birthday / Anniversary surprise in our room

The resort was amazing, so peaceful and the beach was beautiful! Staff was amazing and food was delicious, will definitely go back!

For a very expensive resort, the service was pretty terrible. We waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to reception so we could check in. The dining room service was extremely slow and the food not extraordinary but good. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left is doing...reception didn;t seem to know whether there were towels at the pool. Our phone did not work and the internet would go in and out. So generally, not the type of experience I would have expected.

Akil was awesome, made things easier for us since the beginning.. very good costomer service… the hotel is beautiful and food was great quality..but… management needs to add more options to the food menu.. the menu is the same everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.. we loved it as it was much relaxing… a little pricey… but worth it…

Property will be outstanding and a 5 star if they keep investing in the asset. Service is lacking, simple things like having towels at the pool are not happening. Pool Bar cant make a Margarita drink because they don't have any limes, nobody thinks to ask a bellman to go get some limes.... Front desk arrival hostess cant be understood, this is the first person your guest interact with, make them the best first impression! WIFI throughout property is sketchy at best, for 1,000 USD per night I expect good WIF communications. Grounds need to be better kept and weeds contained and lawn mowed. There are many options of this price range and others are more tuned into the customers needs and have anticipated whats needed. I would go back to the resort in a year after they have the shakedown complete, until then it's a very nice resort that has all the upside in the world.

Beautiful resort and excellent staff. The area outside of the resort is clearly continuing to recover from Covid and Hurricane Irma.
