The staff were very helpful. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
It can be a bit noisy with the streetcars going by.

Room was ideal for our family overnight. Staff were quick to sort us with a travel cot for my daughter and any other enquiries we had

The property was quiet and the staff was extremely helpful! As a solo female traveler I would totally stay here again. Perfect budget hotel and close to literally everything you could want to walk too for a weekend in Edinburgh!

Good location. Carpet in room needs attention….shower difficult to work and drain not working very well.

excellent central location noisy at night with the street. However it’s the price you pay for being so close to everything. One minor problem wifi unable to allow connection to video calling, I assume it was strength problem. Worked for usual functions. Let staff know and they said they would get IT to look into it I was there for a week but it never worked

Staff not very helpful, noisy nightclub nearby, fire alarm at 4.30am
