The staff when we arrived were unbelievably rude and moved our room to infront of the breakfast area after I complained…. The card had the original room crossed off Dogs barked all night every night The breakfast area was extremely loud Our sink didn’t drain When I complained they told me to call Expedia Expedia attempted to get ahold of the front desk who didn’t answer No manager onsite to speak with

The lady at the reception was very courteous and helpful. Bushra was amazing and helpful. An asset for the hotel.

I liked the location However the toilet was loose and I fell and hurt my hand arm and shoulder and no one even came and talked to me about it
