No communication between front staff and other staffs regarding stays and time of check out that was arranged earlier

This is an average hotel for this price. I wouldn’t be staying if it’s for more than a day. No water, no lift facility. Building is old, carpets or torn.

This place has such mixed reviews, but I thought it was great. Clean, maintained, and friendly staff. The only thing I can mention for improvement would be a need for signage out front indicating the name of the motel. Had a comfortable, quiet sleep. Would come back.

great place for short stay, staff were great, it is just the property is way too old and the carpet, coach and the bed sheets had some visible stains on them.

Hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. Excellent value for the money. Be aware though, being one of the most affordable hotels near the West Ed Mall, lots of loud kids that didn't settle until around 11 pm. Otherwise everything was good.
