Good price. Unclean room. Blood stains on bathroom mat. Only shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap, no other amenities.

It took over an hour to get checked in and a key , very slow lady up front who was charging everything she could if people were canceling early to go back to their homes from fires they left , gready , unsempathetic , poor service with many complaints from customers and not fixing issues

Hiden charges, I had to argue with fromt desk about free cancelation for one night, she was going to charge me but did not tell me how much, I told her I have an email stating free cancelation before 3 oclock and when we phone to see it we could check in 1.5 hr urlier she said no problem your room is ready she then charge us $30 extra which i seen on receipt after we left.. we will never go to confort inn again
