nothing was acceptable and we left to go another hotel!!!!

Rooms can use a good cleaning and clean paint A fire alarm in the room No bugs in room crawling the walls Breakfast that’s not old and expired items that should be in fridge in the fridge and not on the counter. The boiled eggs look like the should have been put in trash weeks ago. We will never be back

Water line was broken and was not informed about this issue at check-in. Went back to ask about the water and the front desk staff seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about the lack of water. Water did come back on later in the evening but it was discolored and I didn’t know if it was safe to drink or bathe in. Room was dark and dirty. The sheets, towels, walls, and lampshade had stains. Smoke detector unit was ripped out. Safety latch on the hotel door did not work. No breakfast was provided, except for coffee- which was cold. Shuttle to the airport was out of service as well.
