I took one room that is humid and smells bad then we took another room that is dirty and unsafe ( lots of spiders and dirt and dead flies besides the hood of the light in the bathroom almost fill in the top of my daughter s head) and we should ask for room service which hard to remember so I took the room for three nights and never was clean during our staying

As you mentioned housekeeping only comes after every third night of your stay (which would have been your check out day) unless requested. There is a request card on the tv stand in your room which was never used as well as a sticker on the mirror explaining this. As you mentioned when we spoke and I was sincerely apologizing for everything that happened , every hotels policies are different and ours are displayed in two different places. Once again I am glad you found your 400 that you stated you left in the first room and I spent over 3 hours searching camera footage looking for, because I felt so bad about a wedding gift being lost but as it turned out it was with you the entire time. Things can go wrong during a person’s stay but what I feel is most important, are the measures taken to make things right. When we spoke in person you stated you appreciated my actions to correct things and it would have been appreciated for this to be mentioned in the review you have left for others to see, at least it would have been an accurate assessment of your stay. We hope you had a safe trip home.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay for 6 nights at this hotel. The room was clean and the area was peaceful. However, the receptionist at checkout was not very friendly and commented that the room was messy. I mean, it's understandable that a room would be a bit messy after a 6-day stay, right?

Convenience to both Cincinnati and Dayton, very reasonable rate, very clean with tub, microwave, refrigerator, excellent mattress with 4 comfy pillows. Good breakfast including eggs, sausage & tater tots, fresh fruit. Indoor pool with adjoining outdoor seating area with picnic table & grill, beautiful hydrangea bush. Very helpful staff. I would consider staying there several nights in future as a home base it was so pleasant.

There was no elevator in the hotel. We were not told this until we had already paid. This information would’ve been nice to know especially because my mother has a bad knee.

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Staff was absolutely wonderful, and it was top notch clean. I couldn’t find even one bad thing to say about this place. Breakfast was wonderful, Pool was the nicest hotel pool I’ve ever seen/swam in. 10/10 recommend staying here.

The price was very reasonable for a clean stay with a heated pool and free breakfast. The other clientele, however, did not behave in a way that was conducive to good sleep, despite the smell of marijuana seeping into the hall on the 2nd floor. When we needed extra pillows for our kids to sleep on the sofa bed (with several stains on the mattress), none could be located. All in all, I would stay there again and plan for some modifications.
