Very nice hotel! Comfy beds. Our room had a nice view! The lobby was very elegant. Would stay again.

My room was on the 6th floor and there was a large crack across the ceiling when we first came in and paint was chipping off the bathroom door. The 6th floor hall smelled like cigarrets and we had brought it up with front desk. The first time we talked was the first day we came to the hotel, it took 2 hours for them to come upstairs and used febreeze to help with the smell. The 2nd time we brought it up, they offered to switch us rooms but it was late at night and our last night there. It wouldve been nice if they offered the first night. But overall it was a great hotel. Staff was lovely!!

I have stayed at this exact location multiple times and even recommended the location to my travel companions, yet we all 3 had a bad experience. My "accessible" was not very clean upon arrival, and my shower was not accessible at all- it caused me MORE harm getting in and out of it. My room was very loud, my TV barely worked and the front desk was perpetually out of towels. My traveling companions found bed bugs in their luggage and my service dogs came home bit up from something undetermined. I was sorely unimpressed with this stay and disappointed in the poor care shown by the staff.
