Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and free. It was easy for us to drive downtown, only about 10 minutes at rush hour, to park near the Charleston Music Hall for a concert. The property was clean and comfortable. It could use some updating in the bathroom. The tub surface was peeling off. Breakfast was great with many options.

Spacious room, great water pressure in shower, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, clean, pretty decor, friendly staff & close proximity to downtown.

The Hotel conveniently located across the river. Just 10min drive to downtown. Free breakfast helps to fuel in the morning also free self-parking was included as well

Room was big, nice breakfast and pool area, bathroom needed to be cleaned better.
