Unique set up of the building and rooms, fun atmosphere.
The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and friendly, supported all of our needs.

Posted 9 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe service we received at this hotel was diabolical. We arrived late en route from Greece to the UK for an overnight rest. When I went in to ask where the parking was, there was no welcome or smile. In fact every time I went to reception they were unsmiling and almost looked confused as to why I might be approaching them. I booked a triple and realised in the morning that we only had 2 of everything. When I went to reception I was told to GO AND FIND HOUSEKEEPING MYSELF. When I incredulously asked where they would be the receptionist replied ‘On the first floor’ I was expected to go and sort out the issue myself. I eventually found 2 ladies and managed by hand gestures to ask for what was needed. I have never stayed in a hotel where I am expected to do their job for them. I would not recommend and I certainly would stay again. I was going to have breakfast with my family but decided against this after having been sent to look for towels and coffee cups. Could also do with maintenance. See below
