Sheets were dirty. Looked like someone slept on. Makeup on sheets. Shower kept shutting off. DON'T STAY THERE .The whole place is dirty.

I had a late check-in, but they called me to let me know where the key would be and the Wifi password. Room was decently furnished, and clean. Good for last minute booking. I would stay again.

Zero amenities, no cups for water, no in room coffee, saw staff one time and she was not helpful, I feel that I paid enough to get a plastic cup to rinse my mouth after brushing

DO NOT STAY HERE! I’m saying this just to help people out and avoid the experience I had. In short, this place is sketchy. I did not get the room that was advertised online. It was much smaller and disgusting. Another issue is no one was at the front desk when I arrived at 4pm when their website says check in is until 9 pm. When I called, the person that the call was forwarded to was no help and told us to call back tomorrow because they were in the “back office”. I called the next day to get a refund with no answer. So I called Expedia. When Expedia called Beach Rose, the person they spoke with lied and said that we were “very happy” with our stay and also lied and said that I arrived late to check in at 7:30 pm when our phone records can clearly show that we called them around 20 minutes after 4 pm to get a refund. We were refused a full refund as well and only received back the lower portion of of the two nights paid for.
