We were pleasantly surprised. Price was much lower than comparable units nearby and pictures on the website showed basic/outdated interiors. Our cottage was updated with granite countertops, new gas stove and fridge, new flooring and fixtures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience and location. Recommended for anyone. Will definitely return. JJ

The property is well located in the heart of Wells with a view of the ocean. It is close to restaurants and shops and the staff are pleasant and accommodating.

The view and the situation were excellent. The property was close to everything we wanted to visit . Only a few minutes to the beach.it was a deal.

Could have been better...
Posted 16 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe room was clean, well equipped and the staff very pleasant but I had to keep all the windows open because the mildew/mold odor was overpowering.
The bed linen was very 'tired' and there was even a large hole in the blanket.
In all fairness; I did not complain until checkout time. The owner said she would have given me another room had I come to see her right away. That being said, the room should not have been in that state.
