The bedding was amazing, the villa style was comfortable and homey. It lacked some natural lighting in exchange for homely staying.
Down was the apartment being made up of multiple apartments on a single street, which meant where you parked was not necessarily where your room might be. Noise heard from differing levels, stomping and door banging but on the whole very nice comfy accommodation.

Great location good parking but 4 floors to walk up. $20 per day was really high for the area. Suite had been totally updated.

Nice surprise
Posted 9 Dec 2018 on HotelsReally well positioned. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Many unexpected ‘treats’ e.g. fresh coffe, lovely toiletries, hairdryer, WiFi etc. Apartment very roomy and comfortable.

I liked the spaciousness of the room and the proximity to the CBD.

Cons: Refine the bathroom
Location: The location was perfect for our trip, which was to enrol my daughter at Victoria university
This was a last minute reservation. Just my daughter and I staying for one night.
The main bedroom is situated at the front of the house on The Terrace, the road was noisy and there wasn't any insulation to help cut down the noise. The window rattled too as it didn't shut properly.
Her bedroom is situated in the middle of the apartment, but she still heard people sing until mignight
The basin tap was leaking and there was also a leak under the bath/shower.
Overall expensive for the lack of finesse and old fittings

Not what I expected and over-priced!

Pros: Not much really. The fellow who was working seemed nice enough but not too fussed about our concerns. The location was good.
Cons: The place needs repair and cleaning!!
Location: It was within walking distance to everything.
Having paid over $200 for a room we were bitterly disappointed with our accommodation. Upon climbing to upper/roof level to get to our apartment we noticed straight away it was not very clean. Upon entering the apartment we noticed the room was outdated, dirty and in need of some repair. The Curtains were dirty, moldy, fraying and the curtain rail broke when we went to close them. One window was not installed properly leaving a big gap, the lamp shades were worn and coming apart, the kitchen needed a very good clean and the rangehood light was broken. The hot water in the kitchen was pretty much non-existent and we ran out of hot water in the shower. When we complained we were told it was fine and given a bottle of wine. Nice gesture! The bathroom was dirty, there was a great gap between the wall and the bathtub and the appliances were very old. Nothing to write home about, that's for sure!
