I the only issue that we had with our stay was the pool was cold and it claimed to be heated.

The management was very helpful with a reservation glitch. The property was clean, and the smell that we had experienced the previous trip was no longer there. Super clean!

Key we were given was to a room they had already rented to someone else and would not open door because it was locked from inside. Moved to room across hall. About 2:00 AM someone tried to come into our room with a door key???

Front-desk staff was excellent, both at check-in and check-out. Access to hotel was super-easy from the adjacent interstate highway (I-25). The nightly price (that I paid) was perfectly reasonable.

Entire building smells like vomit and trash. The room had a broken dresser, duct taped on the bed frame, wallpaper peeling, cracked in the ceiling and dirty bed skirt. The pool was falling apart. Panels missing from the ceiling, chunks of the bottom of the pool broke. Couldn't even stay more then a few hours it was horrible. Won't give refund either
