We absolutely loved our stay. The views are beautiful and the tents are very comfortable for a family of 5. There is a lot of outdoor space for the kids to run around. We plan on returning if we travel back to South Africa.

Posted 11 Oct 2021 on HotelsLove the extra added benefits of the place eg hot tub, braai facilities, good shower, simple kitchenette and good bed linens. The kitchen tops do need some updating, the deck and the deck chairs needs some painting/refurbish.

Stay Away!
Posted 2 Dec 2020 on HotelsThe accommodation cancelled our booking without telling us after we booked 3 months in advance. We only found out on the day while the guests were half way on their way to the africamps.
When I called their head office, the receptionist Faith was just plain rude, not helpful at all, with an attitude like they were doing me a favor by looking into the issue then just never got back to us. Thankfully we were able to find other accommodation somewhere else.
This is not the first bad business issue I have had with them. In fact it is now 3 out of 4 bad experiences now. All in all shocking customer service, that doesn’t care about their customers. They are fully booked each weekend so make you feel like they don’t need you anyway. I never want to deal with them again
My advice, stay away from this group!
