Customer service was excellent. The hotel needs some renovations but the team use what they have to satisfy customers.

I didn’t realize there were going to be a lot of young people and even a party at the pool (at night)
Lots of running the hallways

We really liked the outdoor patio space behind the breakfast area- lots of nice table and chairs in eating area to gather with others- we also appreciated that there was a laundry room. The pool and hot tub were great and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our 1week stay very much
