If I were evaluating this property, it would absolutely earn top marks. From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless. The staff was impeccable—warm, polished, and incredibly attentive. Whether it was check-in, luggage assistance, room placement, or quick turnaround on service requests (extra towels included!), they didn’t miss a beat. The room? Spotless, beautifully appointed, and designed for true comfort. The plush bedding paired with a perfectly firm mattress made it hard to leave—always the sign of a great stay. This newly renovated property sits right in the heart of Times Square and has what I can only describe as a grown and sexy vibe—elevated, stylish, and effortlessly cool. Bonus: it’s just steps from the Times Square Uber shuttle drop-off from LGA, which made arrival and departure incredibly easy. You can unwind at the hotel’s restaurant or lobby bar, or step outside and find endless dining options within minutes. Whether you're planning a girls’ trip, a much-needed mom getaway, or a spontaneous shopping escape, this hotel checks every box. And let’s not overlook the impressive event space—perfect for team offsites."

"Quick one night stay here. Check in was easy and they had my room as requested (away from elevator/quiet). Rooms are quite small, but for 1 person in NYC, perfectly adequate. Good bed and bedding, good soundproofing for the windows, I faced the street, didn't have any issues with street noise over night. Like that there are multiple food/drink options in the property, makes it easy to grab a bite or drink. Also liked that they had a handy little clothing steamer in the room! My only complaints would be that the housekeeping can be a bit loud as they start the morning room cleaning, my neighbor checked out early and by 10 am I was fully awake with the cleaning staff next door and in the hallway."

"We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM and requested an early check‑in. Despite this, we received no communication or updates from the hotel, and the standard 4:00 PM check‑in time passed without any notice. When I followed up at the front desk, I was told the room was still being cleaned. By 5:00 PM—eight hours after our arrival—we still had no information. The second front desk agent I spoke with was unable to provide any meaningful assistance. This left us no choice but to escalate the matter to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was unacceptable, unprofessional, and dismissive. He stated that the room was not ready, refused to provide even an estimated availability time, and claimed there was no way to check with the cleaning staff—an explanation that is unreasonable and concerning for a hotel of this standard. We were finally able to check in at 8:00 PM, which is four hours past the regular check‑in time. The complete lack of communication, transparency, and basic customer service caused significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on the hotel’s operational standards. The only positive aspect of this experience was Alex, who was the only staff member who provided genuine assistance and helped resolve the situation after hours of unnecessary delays. "

"Not sure how this hotel is rated as a four star hotel, I think because of the location. Room was dirty and curtains had holes in them. Main and Bathroom Doors were hard to close and needed maintenance, making loud noises when trying to force them to close. No parking available through the hotel. "
