Check in was disjointed, lady seemed to not know what was going on. Room was half organized , no headboard and toilet paper was left on the tank not in the holder. Furniture was broken and stained

Had our room ready, friendly staff, soft towels. etc...just the perfect place for that one night!

This is an older hotel and drastically needs to be updated and I am suprised that they can keep the franchise. Even though non-smoking, my bedcover had a cigarette burn hole in it. The room was uncleaned from the previous stay and dirty towels were left in the room. Also our room was not cleaned after the first night. The value was not in this hotel. I will not return; regretably it was the only vacancy in the immediate area.

Appears they are doing a remodel/upgrade. Clean sheets and A/C worked. Hot water. NIce place for the money. Would stay again

The door had a 1 inch opening at the bottom, we had to put a bath towel down to keep the cold out and the door frame about 1/2 inch. The wiring was there for a smoke detector but no smoke detector. we informed the front desk and they told us it would be fixed on Saturday but we left on Sunday and it had not been done. A very important safely issue.

No one was available at the front desk for me to check out! I waited 20 minutes for customer service! My only complaint
