* The were some spots on the ceiling in the hallway on the top floor that were peeling off probably due to water-damage. Very unsightly. * The first two days of our stay were effectively ruined due to a large "conference(s)/parties" that had congregated in the dining areas late into the night. Since the rooms open up into the open space above the dining areas, the noise went straight to the rooms which offered little to no soundproofing. It was unbearable but there was nothing we could do. A bad choice to come to this hotel at that time and just a bad design of the hotel in general to be so open and not soundproof the rooms.

It would have been nice for the indoor pool to have been heated, as we chose this hotel for the pool. Other than that, it was a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Checkin was quick and professional. Mohammed was pleasant and fun to deal with. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service were top notch. Definitely one of the best Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

I was in room 239. We had live and dead flies in the room 10 . Who cleaned the room prior to my arrival? I had to call the front desk to have them come up and clean it.

No complaints except that the “welcome reception” was out of snacks one hour into the 1.5 hour reception. It appeared they had cheese and crackers, veggies and dip and something else. Free beverages including alcohol is very nice but not when you don’t drink alcohol. Would’ve been nice to refill the treats. Didn’t swim at all because the indoor pool was ice cold. Would’ve loved a relaxing swim. I think this is one way that hotels are cutting costs. I notice it a lot.

HI, we enjoyed the property. The only comment is coffee maker inside not work and also no one in staff not aware how it get it work.. but, i got complementary coffee from front desk. I also have concern outside smell (smell like Dog poop).. it may be related with new mulch.. it didn't trouble much other than walking in/out to the car. Thanks, Thepul K
