The room was okay, needed updating, tub and shower would not drain, no breakfast option, sign said there were issues

Website indicates breakfast included, but I am told breakfast is not available! Ridiculous! I should get refund !!!

Many box elder bugs not roaches as some claimed. No breakfast available at motel. Lady acted like a big deal when i requested a blanket.

WILL NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN

The table lamps did not work properly. On/off switches did not operate correctly. I was cold at night. No service personnel available to get me a blanket. Coffee maker on arrival had a used coffee pouch in pot. No room service for second day. No coffee pouches or clean towels. Lunchroom was closed both days. No breakfast!! No service personnel on checkout. Boxelder bugs.....

Property manager was very friendly and helpful with information. Good price value. Place is clean and convenient. Small fridge and microwave in room. Furniture is old and dated. But still functional.
