Posted 7 Mar 2024 on HotelsThe beds felt like I was sleeping on a board. The room just had a grimy feel to it. The hot tub was not working and the pool was overly chemicaled. My key card stopped working and the guy behind the counter made it seem like it was my fault when I had to go not once but twice to get the card reprogrammed. The breakfast tasted stale and expired. I asked for the juice machine to be turned on twice but no one bothered to help. Also the guy microwaving breakfast smelt so bad like BO that when he had to come let me in the room so i could get ready to leave the smell lingered for 30 mins.

Awesome jacuzzi suite!
Posted 4 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was very nice. The king-bed jacuzzi suite was beautiful! The bedroom area has a fireplace, television, and 2-person hot tub. There is a separate "living room" area with a pull-out couch, television, small dining table and chairs and a kitchenette with a good-sized fridge and even includes a small stove/burners. The pool area was nice, but I didn't go in it because I waited until after 10pm so there would be less people, but between 10pm and midnight, there was a large party of people with lots of kids in the pool, even though there was a sign that said only adults after 10pm. It looked like the crowd must have come back from a wedding reception, and I understand the staff wanting to accommodate the guests. The free breakfast was OK, but I prefer hot eggs and sausage or bacon, not just sugary items such as waffles. Although I didn't get a chance to take a swim late, my husband and I really enjoyed the nice, comfortable suite. Thank you.

The table in our room that the coffee maker sits on was broken. A bag of hard boiled eggs (total of 8) was left in our fridge. Could barely hear the TV. My friends room was worse. There sleeper soafa not only was broken but also had a condom on it as well as pee and blood stains.
