"Room wasn't ready until after 6pm, and was dirty when we finally got in. Tv and WIFI didn't work, hot tub was broken, miscellaneous broken pallets and parts in hallways. Terrible customer service, and charged my credit card almost double of the nightly room rate. Wouldn't refund me after all of this."
