Jenna checked us in and she was rude as fu_ _!!! I was with my elderly parents and she was just unpleasant! If I didn’t get the email about happy hour and bracelets which turned out to be a card, she wouldn’t have shared that with us! She didn’t tell us the internet info and she didn’t tell us breakfast times! She needs to be retrained! She was TERRIBLE
