Just think “Breaking Bad!…” filthy bldg - run down, unclean room (hair on floor), walls & surfaces dirty.

We appreciate your feedback. I do see that upon checking into your room, curtsey call was made as to how the room was, at the time you enter the room there was no issues and you commented everything was okay. You did have your pet dog with you as well. Ours rooms get inspected prior to renting them out and no issues were found as stated. The room you occupied is a complete remodeled room. Thank you.

The facility was outstanding. I had one complaint about the room and they were able to fix the problem in less than 2 minutes. Staff was amazing.
