"The room was rather small but adequate for 2 nights. It was rather a long steep way to get to our room as it was top of the pub and we are oaps! Very noisy on Saturday night but not bad on Sunday. Basically it needs refurbishment. No breakfast available too. "

"Livin' Serviced Apartments are a fantastic place to stay. Located in the centre of Watford, and conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from the station, this is now my go to for stays in Watford and for business trips to London. Rooms are excellent sizes, and the additional amenities that you get (fridge, oven etc) make it stand out from the adjoining Holiday Inn. "

"The staff were all excellent: friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of great options and was plentiful. The room was comfy and roomy. It was a great place to stay for accessing the trains and regional busses. A bit of a walk over to the high street for shops and restaurants, but doable. Would stay here again."
