A luxurious modern hotel in the heart of Waterville. Outstandingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Restaurant and bar are first class. The place to stay when you’re in Waterville.

Lockwood Hotel was great and a welcomed addition to Waterville, ME. Everything about Lockwood was great. Staff, room, dining, bar, etc. look forward to staying here again when visiting Colby.

Great place to stay near opera house

Beautiful hotel however very noisy. Hard to sleep. Found a hair on the bath towel which was not mine or my husbands. Hard water build up in shower. No fridge in room. Mold in the shower (black in color).
