Lobby desk personal didn’t even say hello, didn’t activate the room cards, didn’t tell us where the elevator was. TV wasn’t working but maintenance came to fix it quick enough.

Thank you Joanne for staying with us. We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the front desk staff. During the evenings they also work on laundry in the back and so I do apologize that they were not there immediately to greet you. We are glad to hear, however, that they were able to address your issue with the TV and that our maintenance man was able to make in a timely manner from his home to fix it, our guest satisfaction is very important to us. This particular instance also brought to our attention a technical issue with the key card machine and the desk staff had to remake all of the keys for that day, we apologize for this mishap as well, technology can be finicky. As for the elevator, again, we apologize for this as well, you should have been properly informed on all locations available. Overall, we hope you enjoyed your room, once the tv was fixed, and we do hope to see you again soon so we can be given the opportunity to give you the hospitality you deserve. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and for bringing these issues to our attention so they could be promptly corrected.

Great staff. Worked with Me extending my days with no issue. Excellent stay. Not a fan of South Dakota but definitely a fan of this hotel lol. Great stay. Thank you so much.

Lack of parking
