The hallways and rooms felt dirty. More attention to the cleanliness of showers and bathrooms would be great. The hallway stairs had visible food on the ground when we checked in and it was still there the next day when we were checking out.

First Impression when parking and walking into the entrance, I noticed many of the shades down and appeared to be broken. The shade in our room was also broken and could not be opened. I reserved on Expedia, I didn't realize or check that I was getting a handicap accessible room. On checkout I asked about the doorbell switch and then learned that it was special room and the shade was motorized and had been broken by someone that didn't realize that it was motorized. Some information on the accessibility features might have been nice.
Overall the room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Third time staying here for work. Always a great stay

Would of been 5 stars but pool dirty.
Posted 12 Mar 2024 on HotelsNice facility. Comfortable beds, quite and got a good night sleep. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. Enjoyed the exercise room, was clean. The only negative was the hot tub and pool were filthy. Gross!!! The areas around pool and hot tub were dirty. What a shame.
