The lobby smelled bad and the hallway smelled strong of propane. Was told it’s the dryers. Our room smelled like wet dog it was awful. Floor/carpet was sticky and felt dirty on bare feet.

Great place to stay if you have kids. They have an amazing water park in the hotel. That having been said, it is pretty pricey

It was very nice and clean. No issues with our stay. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind when we come back to Watertown.

We paid through Expedia and this property not only tried charging me again when we showed up, they charged me a THIRD TIME. I have been working to get this resolved for days now.
