"After staying in a hostel for a week in London, this place was a godsend, AC existed in this hotel, the bed an bathroom was amazing, they took my Suitcase and let me explore more of London! Overall one the best Hotels I’ve stayed in the world, highly Recommend!"

"If you are looking for an amazing hotel that screams history mixed with one of the most walkable locations, then this is your hotel. The hotel itself looks like something straight out of Harry Potter on the outside to amazingly well appointed interior. The staff was above and beyond from the first moment I called to not allowing us to even come close to opening our own door. Just steps outside the hotel and you are at the Thames immediately in across from the London Eye and a beautiful view on Big Ben. Easy taxi or tube ride to everything else you may need. Had a hiccup with a failing A/C unit and a rather hot room but we got through. Definitely a unforgettable and memorable trip to celebrate the wife and a buddies 40th bdays."

"Room was clean. You only get your room tidied up every 4 days. Can get towels/ to refilled anytime. Not all rooms have ac. Elevators painfully slow/inefficient. Lots of people were taking the stairs. It was good for the price. And very convenient location. Staff was helpful."

"Amazing location, just off the Strand. Simple and easy check in, they don’t have a big front desk but if you have any issues can contact them direct through WhatsApp and they are super responsive. Room itself was great. We were only there for one night but I could easily see myself staying two to three weeks. Small kitchen in the room which would be enough if you wanted to cook simple meals, fridge with icebox that really made ice, even a mini dishwasher. Bed was comfy, and the window blinds are proper blackout ones so you are completely in the dark. Only thing it took me a few minutes to get my head around were the light switches, which are just black panels until you put your finger near them and then they light up with the various controls. Very cool once you figured it out! Would absolutely stay again, easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in in London."
