I love and enjoyed everything about this hotel. The personnel were very professional and attentive to all my needs. Location is perfect for dining, shopping, cozy neighborhood and transportation.

Rooms were poorly laid out and not the cleanest. Service and staff were very good though, and you can't beat the location between Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle!

Pros: great location, friendly staff, separate sink in sitting area, coffee/tea
Negative: room is very dated, one set of windows faced the outside garbage/refuse area, both mattresses sagged towards the edge, with little support; bathroom - above sink ledges worn and scraped, one tissue box supplies for entire room, no toiletries except one small bar of hand soap (no soap dish, toothbrush, vanity kit, etc), scratchy thin towels, bathtub bottom scraped and yellow, water damage on wall outside bathroom shower head side
Not worth $500 for one night

Very friendly staff. Great location for our weekend activities. Felt very safe walking to and from the hotel even at night. Great places to eat close by.
