The unit we rent is one bed apartment with sofa bed in the living room. The living room has no block out curtain, It was too bright at night. It has no different between day and night, I could not sleep the entire 4 nights.
On the second day, I talked to the reception and request to exchange the room. They told me that they will think about something but I didn’t hear anything until we left.

Location, location, location! Right in the middle of Georgetown with access to shopping and dining! Easy walk to Foggy Bottom and the metro. Would definitely stay there again.

It was quiet and clean. HVAC didn't work in rm 702 & I was promptly moved. Thx to Ezra.

I would definitely not recommend staying here. No parking. They require you to set up an account after making & paying for a reservation. It is a ridiculously cumbersome process that includes taking photos of your self for recognition - I arrived late at night and the system would not accept my photo on my phone multiple times.
If you do not set up an account, you cannot enter the property because it is unmanned front desk with no one in sight if you need help.
The only way to enter is via a code that you receive via email after setting up an email. If your phone is out of power, you are SOL and will not be able to get in.
It is not safe in my opinion to arrive at a property with no one there if you have any issues or need help. They require you to call an automated system and it is very time intensive.
GO ELSEWHERE!

The property was great - apart from the air con in our room - so noisy that it kept waking us up. Choice - be super hot or super awake all night. Such a shame as stopped this being a perfect stay.

The property location was great, very close most shops in Georgetown. The condition could have been a little bit better, but overall it was very very good and I enjoyed staying at the property and will most definitely be staying there again and would recommend it.
