One of the elevators was constantly broken leading to 10-15 minute waits to go up and down. Stairs were alarmed so could not take those. Also, front desk staff had a terrible time explaining things like how to get to the Metro, which should have been routine and easy. I will say that Muhammed was absolutely solid and helpful. Unlike other front desk personnel.

Property was great, customer service was amazing. We had an issue with our room and they took care of it in the blink of an eye, only negative is the food/room service was blah!
