We’d actually like a refund for this past night. Extremely loud, several people outside who appeared to be on drugs, distorted pupils & behaving in such a manner. Got a max 3 hrs of light sleep. We vacation quite a bit this time of year & we’d like to continue utilizing your site for travel. Please advise what you can do to accommodate this awful situation. Jsfeldman16@gmail.com. Judith

The night attendant was very rude. Our bathroom was filthy. Was less than impressed that I had to walk to a different building to get to the front desk in order to ask for an old 1990’s ironing board/ iron/ hair dryer that was obviously meant to be attached to the wall. They also don’t provide soaps in the room already. Apparently you need to request basic stuff like this from the front office.

Not the best. The guy that checked us in was a nice guy and as an all-female party seemed very concerned about our safety. He was polite and friendly. We spent a really long time trying to find the room, and there was a party going on at the time with lots of people over-spilling into the car park. When we found the room, it wasn't particularly clean and there were hand prints on the headboard of the bed - one can only imagine how they got there. We stayed for two nights, and on the first night we heard a gunshot, followed by sirens, so I'm not sure if that is a reflection of the area. We strayed out to the local 7/11 which wasn't particularly nice and again felt unsafe. The IHOP over the way was nice, and that was one of the redeeming features. Probably wouldn't recommend.

:) - Room was clean, tidy, modern-looking and inviting. I liked the multiple options for light across the room & the large amount of table space for belongings. Full-length mirror on the wall was a bonus! -No bugs in bed! Sheets had old stains, but nothing that bothered me (I used to be a housekeeper- some stains just don't come out totally, no matter what you do!) Blankets were a bit thin, but comfortable for this weather. Pillows were lovely. -Pleasantly surprised with the water pressure and temperature in the shower! I did a lot of walking on this trip and it felt so nice to be able to have a good hot shower whenever I wanted. They do not provide shampoo/conditioner/lotion (you must ask for those at the front desk), so I brought my own. -WiFi really impressed me! I took a few voice calls through online apps, as well as streamed a movie on Youtube, with no issues at all. -A/C and fridge both functional! :( -Electrical was shoddy. Outlet by vanity didn't work. Top plug on outlet by beds was prone to overheating. Plugs for fridge/microwave looked unstable in the wall. -Towel rack fell off wall & was clearly broken before my arrival. -Doors are not sealed correctly, with a large gap underneath. This leads to poor sound/weatherproofing. I was on the second floor but I can see how pests could easily enter a room on the first floor. -Ice/Water/Vending machines in my building were all broken and rusty. -TV only turned on/off (menu/channels/volume didn't work).
